If you are a returning patient, you can either call our reception on 1300 874 325 to make an appointment with us, or if you are registered with our Patient Portal you can book in online here.
If you have not used our Patient Portal before and would like to, please fill in your details on the form below and hit the submit button. Your account will be created and you will receive confirmation via email. Use the login credentials we supply in this email to login and then please take a few moments to check that your information is complete and current. Then you can use the Patient Portal to book your appointment. If you encounter any difficulties, please check our FAQ page.
Please remember that you must always have a valid referral from your GP or a medical specialist to book an appointment with us. Please also make sure that your medical history is current.
