Echocardiography

Echocardiography is a non-invasive diagnostic test that uses ultrasound to produce images of the heart's structure and function. It is used to detect and monitor heart conditions, including heart valve disease, heart failure, and congenital heart defects.

Stress Echocardiography

Stress echocardiography is a non-invasive test that uses ultrasound to evaluate the heart's response to exercise (walking/running on treadmill) It is used to detect and diagnose heart conditions such as coronary artery disease and heart failure.

Holter Monitoring

A Holter monitor is a portable device used to record the electrical activity of the heart over a period of 24 hours. It is used to diagnose and monitor heart conditions such as arrhythmias and palpitations, providing a more accurate assessment than a standard electrocardiogram.

ECG Monitoring (Heart Bug)

The wearable ECG (electrocardiogram) monitor is a small device that can be worn on the body to continuously track heart activity. They can help detect irregular heart rhythms and are commonly used for managing heart conditions.

Coronary Angiogram

A coronary angiogram is a medical imaging procedure that involves injecting dye into the coronary arteries to visualize blood flow to the heart. It can help diagnose blockages and narrowings in the arteries that can lead to conditions such as heart attack and angina.

Gastroscopy

A medical procedure in which, under anaesthesia, a thin, flexible tube with a camera on the end is inserted through the mouth into the stomach and duodenum to examine and diagnose conditions such as ulcers and cancer.

Colonoscopy

A medical procedure used to examine the inside of the colon and rectum for abnormalities such as polyps, cancer, and inflammation. It involves inserting a long, flexible tube with a camera on the end through the anus under anaesthesia.

Pill Cam

Pill cam testing, also known as capsule endoscopy, is a non-invasive procedure that uses a small camera capsule to capture images of the digestive tract. It can help diagnose conditions such as Crohn's disease and small intestinal tumors.

Nerve Conduction Test

A diagnostic procedure used to evaluate the function of the nerves in the body. It involves sending small electrical impulses through the nerves and recording the response, helping to diagnose conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and neuropathy.

Nasal Endoscopy

An office based  medical procedure that involves inserting a thin, flexible tube with a camera on the end into the nasal passages to examine and diagnose conditions such as sinusitis, nasal polyps, and tumors. Performed under local anaesthesia.

Pulmonary Function Testing

A group of tests performed to assess the function of the lungs. It helps in diagnosing various respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, and pulmonary fibrosis, and in monitoring their progression.

Sleep Study

A sleep study is a diagnostic test used to monitor a person's sleep patterns and assess for sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and restless leg syndrome. It records brain activity, eye movement, heart rate, and more.

Bronchoscopy

A medical procedure that involves examining the inside of the airways and lungs. A flexible tube with a camera is inserted through the nose or mouth, allowing doctors to diagnose conditions such as lung cancer, infections, and blockages.

Electroencephalogram

Electroencephalogram or EEG is a non-invasive diagnostic test that uses electrical sensors to record brain waves. This test is used to detect seizure activity and cognitive impairment and is conducted as a day procedure.
