Dr Judy Chiou is a Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Gosford Public Hospital. She also consults privately at Complete Health Australia’s Rouse Hill, Bella Vista and Pennant Hills locations, and performs endoscopic procedures at Lakeview Private Hospital, Norwest Private Hospital and Pennant Hills Endoscopy Centre.

She completed her medical training in major tertiary and quaternary hospitals, including Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Westmead Hospital and St George Hospital, followed by a fellowship year at Gosford Hospital. She holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Dr Chiou received her medical degree from the University of New South Wales and has completed a Master of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) at the University of Sydney.

Her practice encompasses all aspects of gastroenterology and hepatology, with particular interest in bowel cancer screening, liver disease and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She is a GESA-certified endoscopist and performs diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy and colonoscopy, including oesophageal dilatation and haemorrhoid banding.
