Dr. Archit Chawla is a specialist Respiratory and Sleep Physician based at Nepean Hospital and Norwest. Dr. Chawla is a lead lung cancer physician-researcher and bronchoscopist, and chairs the Nepean Lung Nodule MDT, Bronchoscopy and Rapid Access Lung Lesion services.
In addition to general Respiratory disorders, Dr. Chawla also has a special interest in obstructive sleep apnoea/ sleep disorders, complex respiratory failure, pleural disorders and medical education. He is a current PhD Candidate with the University of Sydney, Senior Clinical Lecturer with University of Sydney, and convenor of an Australia-wide Non-Invasive Ventilation course. He has led the curriculum update for Respiratory Medicine training for Australia and New Zealand, and is involved in several Respiratory and Bronchoscopy educational programs.
